Danish Crown is recalling several varieties of minced beef with a production date of November 19, 2024, following the discovery of salmonella.

If you have the product, you should discard it or return it to the store where it was purchased.

Why is the product being recalled?

Danish Crown has detected the bacterium Salmonella in minced beef.

There is therefore a risk of infection with Salmonella. The symptoms of infection with Salmonella are diarrhoea, abdominal pain, fever, headache and possibly nausea and vomiting. The illness can last from a few days to several weeks.
