“The manufacturer Molkerei Gropper GmbH & Co. KG is currently recalling the product “Solevita Smoothie Red Genius, 250mL” with the best-before dates of March 13, 2024 and March 14, 2024. The affected smoothie contains aronia juice, which is contaminated with patulin. Patulin is a harmful substance (mycotoxin) formed by mold which can lead to nausea, vomiting and indigestion. Customers should therefore definitely pay attention to the recall and under no circumstances consume the affected smoothie.
The affected product “Solevita Smoothie Red Genius, 250mL” was sold at Lidl in Germany. For reasons of consistent consumer protection, Lidl reacted immediately in Germany and removed the affected product from sale. The product can be returned to all Lidl branches. The purchase price will of course be refunded, even without presenting the receipt.”

The affected smoothie contains aronia juice, which is contaminated with patulin. Patulin is a substance (mycotoxin) produced by molds that can cause nausea, vomiting and indigestion. Therefore, customers should definitely pay attention to the recall and under no circumstances consume the affected smoothie.

The affected product was sold at Lidl Austria. For reasons of consistent consumer protection, Lidl Austria reacted immediately and removed the affected product from sale. The item can be returned to all Lidl branches. The purchase price will of course be refunded, even without presentation of the receipt.

Only the product “Solevita Smoothie Red Genius, 250 ml” with the best-before date of March 13, 2024 is affected by the recall from the manufacturer Molkerei Gropper GmbH & Co. KG. Other products sold by Lidl Austria from the manufacturer Molkerei Gropper GmbH & Co. KG as well as other items from the “Solevita” brand are not affected by the recall.

Molkerei Gropper GmbH & Co. KG apologizes to all those affected for the inconvenience caused. This warning does not say that the threat was caused by Lidl Austria.

In agreement with the AFSCA, Albert Heijn reminds consumers of the

‘AH ongezouten pistachios’ from the Albert Heijn brand with the best before date 07/2024.

The product contains too high aflatoxin content ( b2, g1 and g2) . There is no immediate health hazard. If consumed in large quantities over a long period of time, it can be harmful. 

Albert Heijn asks its customers not to consume this product and to return it to the point of sale. It will be replaced or refunded.
