These products were sold in Cora supermarkets in La Louvière (7100), Chatelineau (6200), Hornu (7301), Rocourt (4000), Messancy (6780) Woluwe-Saint-Lambert (1200) and Anderlecht (1070).

In consultation with the AFSCA (Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain), we have decided to withdraw this product from sale.

Customers who have purchased this product are asked not to consume it and to return it to the point of sale, where they will be refunded.
In the meantime, the products have been removed from the shelves and a “Customer Recall” sign is displayed in the points of sale.
We sincerely apologize to our customers for this inconvenience and assure them that the most effective measures are being taken to avoid this type of incident.

As an extension of the alert for the presence of Salmonella in soft cheese made with raw sheep’s milk from the Formatgeria Mas d’Eroles de Catalunya brand, it is reported that two cheeses made with raw sheep’s milk are being recalled sheep

  • Product appearance: whole garment

  • Product name: SERRAT DE CORRONCUI
  • Brand: FO RMATGERIA MAS D’EROLES
  • Product appearance: whole garment
  • Batch number:

According to the information available, the products have been distributed in Catalonia. 

The Public Health Agency of Catalonia has communicated this information to the Spanish Food Safety and Nutrition Agency through the  European Food Alert Network .

The market withdrawal of the affected products from the marketing channels is being monitored by the competent authorities.

As a precautionary measure,  people who may have the above-mentioned products in their homes are advised to refrain from consuming them.

If you have consumed any of the products from the affected batch and present symptoms compatible with salmonellosis (mainly diarrhea and/or vomiting accompanied by fever and headache) it is recommended to go to a health center.
