Bissingen, 07 March 2024. The dairy producer Gropper GmbH & Co. KG recalls the product “Solevita Smoothie Red Genius, 250mL”, with red fruits, with an expiry date of 12.03.2024. The product reference this recall contains chokeberry juice, which is contaminated with patulin. Patulin (mycotoxin) is a substance produced by molds that is harmful to health and can lead to nausea, vomiting and indigestion.
Therefore, customers should not consume, in any form, the product affected by this recall.
The product “Solevita Smoothie Red Genius, 250mL” assortment with red fruits, was sold by Lidl ROMANIA.
Lidl Romania reacted immediately and withdrew the affected product from sale. The product can be returned to all Lidl stores. The value of the product will of course be returned, even without it presentation of the tax receipt.
Only the product “Solevita Smoothie Red Genius, 250mL” the assortment with red fruits with an expiration date 12.03.2024 is affected by the withdrawal of the producer Molkerei Gropper GmbH & Co. KG. Other products of of the producer Molkerei Gropper GmbH & Co. KG sold by Lidl ROMANIA are not affected by the recall
