FASFC recall
Product: “Bonga Dried Whole” dried fish (200g) from the AFROASE brand.
Problem: Histamine and biogenous amine levels too high.
The FASFC is withdrawing the dried fish “Bonga Dried Whole” (200g) of the AFROASE brand from sale and recalling it from consumers because of an excessively high level of histamine and biogenous amines.
This recall follows a notification via the RASFF system (European Food and Feed Rapid Alert System).
