Siljan’s charcuterie recalls bacon with the best before date 2022-03-04 due to the risk of listeria bacteria.

Siljans Chark recalls bacon with best before date 2022-03-04 due to risk of listeria bacteria. The product has been in stores in Dalarna from 2022-02-11.

We take the incident very seriously and investigate what happened. The listeria bacterium dies when the food is heated to at least 72 ℃ and then poses no health risks.

If you have packages left of the current best before date, discard and complain directly via the complaint form on the website.

We really regret what happened.
