USA – Kroger: Salmonella risk prompts recall of 17 cheese products

Kroger announced the recall of 17 cheese dips this week due to the potential of salmonella contamination. The affected products have onions as an ingredient that may be tainted with the bacterium and if eaten, could result in severe illness to those individuals who may consume this product.

The following products are affected by the recall: DELI JARLSBERG CHEESE DIP, MURRAY’S BACON CHIVE JARLSBERG DIP, DELI RANCH CHEESE SPREAD KIT, DELI SOUTHWESTERN JARLSBERG DIP, AFIN JARLSBERG CHEESE SPREAD KIT, DELI BUFFALO BLUE CHEESE SPREAD KIT, MURRAY’S SOUTHWESTERN JARLSBERG DIP, DELI JARLSBERG JALAPENO DIP, MURRAY’S CHADS SMOKED GOUDA DIP, DELI JARLSBERG DIP, DELI BACON CHIVE JARLSBERG DIP, LCCV PIMENTO CHEESE DIP, JARLSBERG DIP, DELI APPLEWOOD CHEDDAR DIP, JARLSBERG DIP, DELI SOUTHWEST CHEESE SPREAD KIT and MURRAY’S JALAPENO JARLSBURG DIP.
