Inspectors found that the company has serious violations of the seafood Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). The FDA also collected environmental samples and found the presence of Listeria monocytogenes.

Inspectors found that the company has serious violations of the Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation. Additionally, the FDA collected environmental samples from various areas in the processing facility and analysis of the environmental swabs found the presence of Listeria monocytogenes.
