Sanmartin’s Gourmet ApS is recalling Confit de Canard of the Sanmartin’s Gourmet brand, as gas development has been observed in some of the cans.

If you have the product, you should discard it or return it to the store where it was purchased.

Why is the product being recalled?

Gas evolution has been observed in some of the cans, which causes the cans to rise up. This indicates unwanted growth of microorganisms, which makes the product unsuitable as food.

What should you do as a consumer?

The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration advises consumers to return the product to the store where it was purchased, or to discard it.
