Recall of Cru
Products: smoked trout salad (150 g) and smoked fish platter (2p) from the Cru brand
Nature of the problem: possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes
Cru is reminiscent of the smoked trout salad and the smoked fish platter.
During microbiological checks, the potential presence of Listeria monocytogenes was noted in the product “smoked trout salad” (150 g) with the use-by dates (BBD) 9/15/2023 and 9/17/2023 and in the product “smoked fish platter” (2p) bearing the use-by dates (DLC) 1/9/2023 and 22/09/2023.
In consultation with the supplier and the FASFC, Cru has therefore decided to withdraw the products concerned from sale.
