Source Foods Ltd., trading as Source Foods, is recalling its range of Organic Miso products. Source Foods was unable to demonstrate that an adequate food safety management system is in place or has been in place historically for the manufacture of the fermented products.  Point-of-sale recall notices should be displayed in shops which sold the implicated products.
