USA -131 inmates ill after Salmonella found at Lexington County jail

A gastrointestinal illness has impacted a large group of inmates at the Lexington County Detention Center.

Wednesday, Captain Adam Myrick said 120 inmates have been treated for the illness in the past two days.

Myrick said that number Thursday is now at 131 inmates.
