Le Autorità competenti della Regione Marche, dopo un sopralluogo effettuato presso la ditta Salumificio Monsano srl, hanno sospeso l’attività produttiva dello stabilimento e la vendita di tutte le tipologie di alimenti, in quanto Listeria monocytogenes è un germe che contamina l’ambiente e, pertanto, anche gli altri prodotti dello stesso stabilimento potrebbero essere a rischio.
