OleBob’s Seafoods of Washington is recalling all of its canned tuna and salmon products with codes starting with “OC” because they may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum bacteria. No illnesses have been reported to date. The products were packed by Skipanon Brand Seafoods. This is the thirteenth secondary recall of canned seafood products to date.

Gilmore Fish is recalling all canned seafood with any codes starting with “OC” because they may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum bacteria. This is another secondary recall of canned seafood made by Skipanon. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of these products.

All of the products were sold from the company’s retail store in Dallesport, Washington. The last date of distribution was in September, 2015. The recalled products are Gourmet Smoked Columbia Sturgeon in 5 ounce metal cans, Smoked Wine Maple Salmon in 5 ounce cans, and Smoked Chinook Salmon in 7 ounce cans. There are no UPC numbers on these products.

Sockeye Suzy’s Fish company is voluntarily recalling all of its canned seafood with any code starting with “OC” because it may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum. That bacteria can produce botulism toxin, which can be life-threatening. No illnesses have been reported to date.

Farmer Creek of Cloverdale, OR is  recalling canned albacore tuna with any codes starting with “OC” because they have the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum, the bacteria that causes botulism, a life-threatening illness. Consumers who have purchased these products should not each them.
