Toxoplasma gondii is estimated to chronically infect nearly one-third of the world’s population, causing the condition Toxoplasmosis. It is most commonly associated with handling cat feces and is a particular threat to pregnant women and immune-compromised individuals, such as HIV/AIDS patients
