Nutritional Traffic Light Labelling

An article in the British Baker Magazine (see link below) has indicated that a new report suggests that the government should take steps to implement the traffic light labelling of food. The idea is to make the labelling colour coded and simple to help combat the rise of obesity and other problems caused through poor diet.
