A health inspector from Merton London Borough Council wrote: “Unfortunately I witnessed some very poor practices.
A spokesman from the All England Tennis Club last night said: “As soon as these issues were brought to our attention we worked closely with our food supplier Compass to ensure that they were dealt with immediately.”
