Aldi has recalled 200g packs of Choceur Treasures with a best before date of 1 September 2015 because salmonella has been detected in one batch of the product, which has been on sale in Aldi stores in the Midlands region only. The FSA has issued a Product Recall Information Notice.

The above batch of sandwich filler is being recalled due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. This product is produced for Aldi Stores (Ireland) Ltd. by Galmere Fresh Foods. Point of sale notices will be displayed in Aldi stores.

Tibaldi Australasia Pty Ltd with ALDI is recalling ALDI Berg Strassburg and ALDI Berg Skinless Hotdogs from all ALDI stores in Qld, NSW, ACT and Vic due to Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria may cause illness in pregnant women and their unborn babies, the elderly and people with low immune systems. Consumers should not eat this product. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice and should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
