United Natural Trading of New Jersey is recalling some trail mix products containing Organic and Natural dates because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
These products were sold under the Nature’s Promise, Market Basket, Woodstock, and Wholesome Pantry brands. You can see the long list of products, along with the lot numbers, pictures of product labels, best by dates, and UPC numbers at the FDA site. Products include Organic Campfire Trail Mix, Cranberry Trail Mix, Cape Cod Cranberry Mix, Organic Kumbaya Mix, Cascade Trail Mix, and Organic Trail Mix in various sizes, among others. These products were shipped to retailers in limited quantities throughout the United States.
