Consumers who have bought pork sausages or pork stuffing from Nicholls Meats are being advised not to eat the products listed below, as they may pose a risk of food poisoning.
The products, found on sale at several retail shops trading as Nicholls Meats in the Norfolk area, have been recalled due to extended use-by dates, inadequate temperature controls, labelling and traceability contraventions.
These products, including ASDA and M&S branded products, could have been purchased up until Monday 19 December 2016 and are not suitable for freezing.
- ASDA and M&S products on sale in ASDA and M&S retail outlets are not affected.
- The sale of these goods breaches ASDA and M&S’s strict policies on surplus stock.
- ASDA and M&S are not involved in the distribution or facilitation of the incident.
The products could pose a risk of food poisoning.

- Unlabelled Pork Cocktail Sausages (approx. 300g)
- Unlabelled Packs of 3 Pork Cocktail Sausages (approx. 975g)
- Nicholls Meats Ltd Cocktail Sausages (300g)
ASDA and M&S products on sale in ASDA and M&S retail outlets are not affected.
The FSA is informing consumers who have bought these products not to consume them.
