UK -Asda recalls its Chicken & Sweetcorn Pasta Salad due to the presence of Salmonella

The presence of salmonella in the product listed below. Salmonella is a bacterium that can cause food poisoning.

Asda has recalled the affected product from consumers.  Product recall notices have been displayed in stores that sell the product, explaining to customers the reason for recall and the actions they can take if they have bought the affected product.  A copy of the company’s product recall notice can be found at link below.

No other Asda products are known to be affected.
