THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An incident of food poising reportedly left nursing students of Government Medical College hospitalised on Monday. The girls who experienced giddiness and started vomiting were admitted to Medical College Casualty department. The students started developing discomfort from 8 am onwards.
The hospital authorities said the girls ate cutlet on Sunday night, resulting in the bad health condition. Since it was a holiday on Sunday they had bought cutlet from outside and shared among them at the hostel.
