Canada- CFIA – Updated Food Recall Warning – Organic garlic powder recalled due to Salmonella

The food recall warning issued on March 25, 2015 has been updated to include additional product information. This additional information was identified during the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s (CFIA) food safety investigation.

Steep Hill Food Co-op is recalling organic garlic powder from the marketplace due to possible Salmonella contamination. Consumers should not consume the recalled products described below.

The following product has been sold from the Steep Hill Food Co-op located at 730 Broadway Avenue, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan from January 5, 2015 to March 20, 2015.
