The Procter & Gamble Co. of Cincinnati voluntarily recalled specific lots of dry Iams dog foods, dry Eukanuba dog foods and dry Iams cat foods due to possible salmonella contamination.
The suspect lots were distributed in the United States and represent roughly one-tenth of one percent of P&G’s annual pet food production.
