European Commission – Irish Seed Producer Audit Finds Shortcomings

An article in Food Production Daily had reported on the EU findings from an audit of Irish Sprouting Seed Producers. The report has highlighted shortcomings in some producers food safety policies, including lack of documented testing , HACCP and Official Controls.
