Danish Crown – Salmonella Recall

An article in Food Quality News has reported that Danish pork producing company called Danish Crown has recalled a ‘small’ amount of product on sale in Danish stores as some pork belly has been found to contain Salmonella. No illness has been attributed to the contaminated meat.
