The FSA have acknowledged that there seems to be an increase in the prevalence of Listeriosis in the over 60’s and as yet there does not seem to be any particular explanation at the moment. However they have produced a couple of leaflets that you can download from the links below aimed at the over 60’s but the details could apply to anyone.
